E5391 Cmd Rej: PCT feature must be enabled

A PCT quantity feature must be enabled before the ent/chg/dlt/rtrv-pct command can be entered.

For the chg-lsopts, chg-stpopts, and rtrv-ls commands, a PCT quantity feature must be enabled before the pct parameter can be specified.

Recovery

1. Display the status of the PCT feature. Enter the rtrv-ctrl-feat command.
   If the feature does not appear in the output, then the feature is not enabled.
2. Enable the desired PCT feature quantity. Refer to the Database Administration - SS7 User's Guide for assistance.
3. Re-enter the command that generated this error message.
