E5363 Cmd Rej: SA3DGTS requires SA3 to be provisioned

For the chg-npp-as command, if less than 3 Service Actions are provisioned, then only a value of none can be specified for the sa3dgts parameter.

For the ent-npp-as command, if less than 3 Service Actions are provisioned, then the sa3dgts parameter cannot be specified.

Note:

Currently, the sa(X)dgts parameters are not supported by any command.

Recovery

1. Display the existing Service Actions in the Action Set. Enter the rtrv-npp-as:mode=full command.
2. Provision Service Actions as necessary. Refer to the Numbering Plan Processor (NPP) User's Guide and to the appropriate feature manual for assistance.
3. Re-enter the command that generated this error message, specifying a valid combination of parameters. Refer to the command description in Commands User's Guide for assistance.
