E4711 Cmd Rej: NEQUERYONLY option must be ON

The nequeryonly=on parameter must be specified before the netype parameter can be specified.

Recovery

1. Display the current parameters using the rtrv-vflx-opts command.
2. If nequeryonly=off is specified, set nequeryonly to on.
3. Re-enter the command that generated this error message.
