E2398 Cmd Rej: Standby MASP is unavailable

The card location specified in this command was the standby OAM, and the standby OAM could not be found.

Recovery

1. Reseat the standby E5-MASP card. Refer to the Maintenance Guide for assistance.
2. Re-enter the command that generated this error message.
