E4282 Cmd Rej: An HSL feature key must be enabled for Linkclass=Unchan

An SE-HSL feature quantity must be enabled before the linkclass=unchan parameter can be specified for an SE-HSL card.

An ST-HSL-A feature quantity must be enabled before the linkclass=unchan parameter can be specified for an ST-HSL-A card.

Recovery

1. Display the status of controlled features in the database. Enter the rtrv-ctrl-feat command.
   If the feature does not appear in the output, then the feature is not enabled. If the feature has a status of OFF, then the feature is enabled but is not turned on.
2. Enable and turn on the feature as necessary. Refer to the Commands User's Guide and Database Administration - SS7 User's Guide for more information.
3. Re-enter the command that generated this error message.
