E3549 Cmd Rej: Offline state is not allowed for sfapp

The status of the SFAPP subsystem cannot be offline.

Recovery

1. The nstat parameter for SFAPP must be assigned as online when entering the ent-ss-appl/chg-ss-appl command.
2. Re-enter the command that generated this error message.
