E4391 Cmd Rej: Exception route cannot be assigned to cluster members

The Nested Cluster Routing (NCR) feature must be turned on before an exception route can be assigned to cluster members.

Note:

Once a feature that is controlled using a feature bit has been turned on, it cannot be turned off.

Recovery

1. Display the status of the NCR feature. Enter the rtrv-feat command.
2. Turn on the NCR feature as necessary. Refer to the Database Administration - SS7 User's Guide for assistance.
3. Re-enter the ent-rtx command that generated this error message.
