E4799 Cmd Rej: DPC does not have any routes provisioned

The destination point code specified by the dpc parameter must have routes provisioned.

Recovery

1. Use the ent-rte command to add routes to the system as needed.
2. Re-enter the ent-rtx command that generated this error message, specifying a valid destination point code.
