E4222 Cmd Rej: Card having link in mate linkset must first be inhibited

The card hosting the signaling link in the specified mate linkset must be OOS-MT-DSBLD (out of service - maintenance disabled) before this command can be entered.

Recovery

1. Display the status of the card that generated this message. Enter the rept-stat-card:loc= command.
   The primary state of the card is shown in the PST field.
2. If necessary, make the primary state of the card OOS-MT-DSBLD. Refer to the Maintenance Guide for assistance.
3. Re-enter the chg-ls command that generated this message.
