E3505 Cmd Rej: Prepaid SMS, A-Party RTG or SK RTG feature must be ON

The Prepaid Short Message Service (PPSMS) Intercept Phase 1, IDP A-Party Routing, or IDP Service Key Routing feature must be enabled and turned on before the chg/rtrv-ppsopts command can be entered.

For the ent/chg/rtrv-srvsel command, the PPSMS feature must be turned on before the (n)serv=smsmr parameter can be specified.

For the rtrv-ppsopts command, the PPSMS feature must be turned on before the ppt parameter can be specified.

Recovery

1. Display the status of the controlled features in the system. Enter the rtrv-ctrl-feat command.
   If the feature does not appear in the output, then the feature is not enabled. If the feature has a status of OFF, then the feature is enabled, but is not turned on.
2. Enable and turn on the desired feature. Refer to Commands User's Guide and to the appropriate feature manual for assistance.
3. Re-enter the command that generated this error message.
