E2179 Cmd Rej: Current actv OAM db is not supported for this upgrade

The database on the active TDM is not at the proper level for act-upgrade command.

Caution:

It is strongly recommended that this command be used only in conjunction with the system Upgrade Procedure for the target release. The Upgrade Procedure provides step-by-step information on performing an upgrade.

Recovery

Enter the act-upgrade:action=dbstatus command to verify the version of the database on the active TDM. The version of the database is shown in the VERSION STATUS field.
