If a value of avl, avld, comp, gtwy, mtcd, or systot is specified for the type parameter, then the value specified for the hh parameter must indicate a half-hour boundary (the end of the requested half-hour for the report).
If the type=mtch parameter is specified, then the value specified for the hh parameter must indicate an hourly boundary (half hours ending in 00, such as 0100, etc).
