Visually verify that SATA drives are present on both E5-MASP cards, properly seated, the SATA drive latch (SW2) is in the LOCKED position and the SATA Media Status LED is neither solid blue or blinking blue.
Verify that the E5-MASP cards are fully seated in the control shelf.
If necessary, unseat the E5-MASP cards, verify the physical status of the backplane connectors on the cards and the backplane pins on the control shelf slot, and then seat the E5-MASP cards back firmly. Refer to Maintenance Guide for assistance on unseating an E5-MASP card.
Display the status of the E5-TDM cards. Enter the rept-stat-db command and then the rept-stat-card command for TDM locations.
Both the active and the standby E5-TDM cards should be in the IS-NR (in-service normal) state.
Re-enter the command that generated this error message.
