E3637 Cmd Rej: Turn OFF SFAPP(P)->OAM sync before this command

OAM DB goes into inconsistent state while executing the format-disk command just before SFAPP->OAM sync.

The prisfsync parameter in SFAPPOPTS table must be turned off before running this command.

Recovery

1. Set value of prisfsync parameter as off using chg-sfappopts:prisfsync=off command.
2. Re-enter the command that generated this error message.
