E5373 Cmd Rej: LOCREQ response feature must be activated

The LOCREQ Query Response feature must be turned on before a value of locreqrspnd can be specified for the on or off parameter.

Recovery

1. Display the status of the LOCREQ Query Reponse feature. Enter the rtrv-ctrl-feat command.
   If the feature does not appear in the output, then the feature is not enabled. If the feature has a status of OFF, then the feature is enabled but is not turned on.
2. Enable and turn on the feature as necessary. Refer to the IS41 GSM Migration User's Guide for assistance.
3. Re-enter the chg-is41opts command that generated this error message.
