E4246 Cmd Rej: Command driven loopback in progress
The act-cdl command cannot be specified for a link that is already performing a command driven loopback test.
Recovery
Display the links that are in command driven loopback. Enter the rept-stat-cdl command.
Re-enter the act-cdl command that generated this error message after the test is complete, re-enter the command for a different card and link, or stop the test and re-enter the command. Refer to the Maintenance Guide for assistance.
