E5024 Cmd Rej: Prepaid IDP Query Relay feature must be activated

For the enable/chg-ctrl-feat commands, the Prepaid IDP Query Relay feature must be turned on before the IDP A-Party Blacklist, IDP A-Party Routing, or IDP Service Key Routing feature can be enabled and before the IDPR ASD or IDPR GRN feature can be turned on.

For the ent/chg/rtrv-srvsel commands, the Prepaid IDP Query Relay feature must be turned on before the (n)serv=idpr can be specified.

Recovery

1. Display the status of the Prepaid IDP Query Relay feature. Enter the rtrv-ctrl-feat command.
   If the feature does not appear in the output, then the feature is not enabled. If the feature has a status of OFF, then the feature is enabled but is not turned on.
2. Enable and turn on the feature as necessary. Refer to the IDP-Related Features User's Guide for assistance.
3. Re-enter the command that generated this error message.
