E3525 Cmd Rej: Command will cause system clock outage – Use FORCE=YES

If E5-MASP reload would cause a system clock outage, the initclk parameter cannot be specified unless force=yes is also specified.

Note:

Creating a system clock outage will probably result in the loss of traffic on all links.

Recovery

Re-enter the command that generated this error message, specifying a valid combination of parameters. Refer to the command description in Commands User's Guide and to Database Administration - System Management User's Guide for assistance.
