E5437 Cmd Rej: VCI value greater than 16383 not allowed

If a 3 Links per E5-ATM Card feature quantity is enabled, and an E5-ATM or E5-ATM-B card is used, then a value less than or equal to 16383 must be specified for the vci parameter.

Recovery

1. Display the status of the 3 Links per E5-ATM Card feature. Enter the rtrv-ctrl-feat command.
   If the feature does not appear in the output, then the feature is not enabled.
2. Display the cards in the system. Enter the rtrv-card and rtrv-stp commands.
3. Re-enter the ent-slk command that generated this error message, specifyng a valid combination of parameters. Refer to the command description in Commands User's Guide and to the Database Administration - SS7 User's Guide for assistance.
