The SIP feature must be enabled before configuring any SIP-related information.
Recovery
Enter the rtrv-ctrl-feat command to display the status of the SIP feature.
If the status of the feature is not ON, enter the enable-ctrl-feat command to enable and turn ON the feature.
Re-enter the command that generated this error message.
