E2629 Cmd Rej: Card has IP LNK with IP address assigned

The specified card location has an IP link assigned to it. The card cannot be deleted from the database until the IP link is deleted from the database.

Recovery

  1. Display the IP links in the database. Enter the rtrv-ip-lnk command.
  2. Display the IP hosts in the database. Enter the rtrv-ip-host command.
  3. If necessary, delete the IP Host and then the IP Link. Refer to the Database Administration - IP7 User's Guide for assistance.

    Note:

An IPLNK entry must be provisioned before an IPHOST entry withtype=local can be provisioned with a corresponding IP Address. Similarly, the IPHOST entry must be deleted before the IPLNK entry with a corresponding IP Address can be set to 0.0.0.0.
  4. Re-enter the dlt-card command that generated this error message.
Contact My Oracle Support if this error message appears again. See My Oracle Support (MOS).
