E4950 Cmd Rej: At least one ITU NP feature must be ON

At least one of the EPAP-based features must be enabled before the 1100 TPS/DSM for ITU NP feature can be enabled.

Recovery

1. Display the status of controlled features in the system. Enter the rtrv-ctrl-feat command.
   If the feature does not appear in the output, then the feature is not enabled. If the feature has a status of OFF, then the feature is enabled, but is not turned on.
2. Enable the desired feature. Refer to the appropriate feature manual for assistance.
3. Re-enter the enable-ctrl-feat command that generated this error message.
