E4238 Cmd Rej: Point code matches a STP secondary point code

For the ent-dstn command, the value specified for the point code parameter cannot already exist as a secondary point code (SPC).

For the ent/dlt/rtrv-pct commands, the value specified for the epc/epci/epcn parameter cannot be the same as an SPC.

Recovery

1. Display the existing SPCs. Enter the rtrv-spc command.
   The SPCs are shown in the SPC, SPCA, SPCI, or SPCN24 fields of the output
2. Re-enter the command that generated this error message, specifying a valid combination of parameters. Refer to the command description in Commands User's Guide and to the Database Administration - SS7 User's Guide for assistance.
