All type IPSM cards in the system must be inhibited before the EAGLE OA&M IP Security Enhancements feature can be turned on or off.
Recovery
Inihibit all IPSM cards as necessary and then re-enter the chg-ctrl-feat command to turn the EAGLE OA&M IP Security Enhancements feature on or off. Refer to the Database Administration - System Management User's Guide for assistance.
