This message indicates that the EAGLE 5 ISS system is unable to communicate with the SEAS subsystem.

Verify that the IP addresses and ports are correct.

Correct any discrepancy found.
Check the physical connections.
See the Installation Manual for more information about these system components. If the connections are firmly seated.
Check for any fuse alarms on the Fuse and Alarm Panel in the frame.
Check that all terminals for the IPSM card are inhibited before inhibiting the card for replacement.
Replace the E5-IPSM card. Refer to the Maintenance Manual for card removal/replacement procedures.
