clocks on the TDM card in slot 1114 have failed.

Follow local procedures to troubleshoot and repair
the BITS clock.
If one of the reference clocks is still not
functioning, reseat the associated TDM card.
Make sure the system clock reference is active on
the other TDM card.

functioning, replace the TDM card.
