Recovery

command should display
open=yes
. If not, execute the
chg-ip-conn
command and set
open=yes
.
rept-stat-ipconn
command and check if the
connection is down. Ping the EEDB server, which is added as RHOST for this
connection. If the ping response is not received, check the network connection.
