Recovery

1. The indicated card must be reprogrammed.
   Contact My Oracle Support (MOS). You will need to know the part number, revision level, and serial number of the card.
2. The card can be reprogrammed with instructions from My Oracle Support (MOS), or My Oracle Support (MOS) can dial into the system and reprogram the card remotely.
