Enable SCTP Support

In order to run the SCTP transport based test case following configuration needs to be applied on the Oracle Linux VM:

1. Edit the below file as root:

   /etc/modprobe.d/firewalld-sysctls.conf

2. Add the following line to the file

   install sctp /bin/false

3. reboot the seagull server

Note:

After rebooting seagull server, restart the VNC server.
