Recovery:

  1. The Application Routing Table may be mis-configured and sending too much traffic to the DM-IWF DSR Application. Verify the configuration via Diameter, and then Configuration, and then Application Route Tables.
  2. There may be an insufficient number of MPs configured to handle the network load. Monitor the ingress traffic rate of each MP from Status & Manage, and then KPIs. If MPs are in a congestion state, then the offered load to the server site is exceeding its capacity.
