Configure QoS Control API in DSR API Gateway

QoS Control APIs needs to be configured in the DSR API gateway before the partner application subscribes for it. Here are the steps to configure the APIs in DSR API Gateway:
  1. Create API
  2. Configure QoS Action to QoS Control API
  3. Publish the API
