Saving Reports

You can save an existing standard report to customize settings. You can:

All reports you save are displayed under the My Reports folder.

To save and customize a standard report:

  1. Select Go To > Reports > Standard from the Top Navigation bar, or select Reports >Standard from the Left Navigation bar.
  2. From the Tree pane, select a reports folder.
  3. From the List pane, select a report.
  4. From the Details pane, select Save As.
  5. In the Save the Report As window:
    1. Select a folder name, or enter a name to create a new folder under My Reports.
    2. Enter a name for this report.
    3. Click Save.
