EnterpriseTrack allows users with appropriate permissions to send broadcast messages to other users in the system. Users who receive these messages can read them on the My Messages page. Users can also view any documents that are attached to messages from this page.
Reading a Message
If a new message has been sent to you, you will be taken to the My Message page when you log into the system. You can also navigate to this page by clicking the 
My Messages link in the Left Navigation bar, or from the My EnterpriseTrack menu on the Top Navigation Bar.
Deleting a Message
To delete a message on the My Messages page, click the Delete link in the Action column.
