Adding Exceptions

To add a calendar exception:

  1. Navigate to the Resource Listing page (Go To > Resource > Listing).
  2. Select a resource and select > Edit > Calendar.
  3. Click the Edit button.
  4. Select a date by clicking on it. You can use the tabs to navigate to a different month or year. The Manage Exceptions pop-up window displays.
  5. Enter a name for this exception.
  6. Select if you want to set it as a working day or a non-working day.
  7. Click Save.
