The Manage Reports screen contains a Tree pane, List pane and a Details pane. You can use this screen to run and modify reports by changing the filter and output options. You can also view the report history, schedule and email reports.
Use this icon to maximize the size of each pane.
Use this icon to restore the pane to its original size.
Tree Pane
The Tree pane displays all the reports in the system. The reports are organized into folders.
- My Reports folder contains all the reports that you have created.
- Shared Reports folder contains all reports that have been shared by other.
- Pre-defined Reports folder contains all reports that have been already created in the system.
- Global Reports folder contains all the global reports.
- Custom Reports folder contains all reports that are customized for your system.
The tree pane displays the reports tree. In the My Reports sections of the tree you can create new nodes (i.e. folders) in the tree, cut, copy and paste elements of the tree and delete nodes from the tree using the buttons displayed on this pane.
Use this icon to copy a node.
Use this icon to cut a node.
Use this icon to paste the node that you cut or copied.
Use this icon to delete a node. Only user-created nodes within the My Reports section can be deleted. When a node is deleted, all its children (nodes) are also deleted.
Use this icon to expand the complete tree.
List Pane
The List pane displays all the reports under a folder. Click on the report to view detailed information in the Details pane. The Run 
button and the Run with Filters 
button are displayed in each of the first two columns in the list pane.
Properties Pane
When you select a report, the Details pane contains a General tab, Filter tab, Output tab, Schedule and Email tab, History tab and a Sharing tab. You can expand the pane by clicking on the Maximize button. To minimize the pane, click on the Restore button.
Click this icon to edit the properties.
Click this icon to save the changes made to the properties.
Click this icon to leave the properties unchanged.
Click this icon to save this report in the My Reports section. The report will be saved with a new name. You can then use that report as a starting point to create your own report.
Click this icon to run the report.
Click this icon to edit the filters for the report and then run this report.
Note: If you have selected a node from the Tree pane, you will see its children in the List pane and its properties in the Properties pane. To view the properties of the child, you can click on its name in the list pane, or expand the node in the tree pane and then select the name of the child node.
