Adding a New Delegation

Use the Manage Delegations page to delegate timesheet approvals to other users. You can specify the time period for the delegation and the user you are delegating the approval to. The delegate will inherit, for the specified duration, the ability to approve or reject all timesheets assigned to you. A notification email is sent to the resource when they are assigned as a delegate.

To add a new delegation:

  1. From your user profile link menu, select My Delegations.
  2. Click the Manage tab.
  3. Click Add.
  4. Enter the start and end dates.
  5. Select the resource you want to assign to this delegation.
  6. Click Ok.
