Adding Metric Tracking Data

To enter metric tracking data:

  1. Navigate to the Metrics page by selecting Project Module Menu (Project #) > Go To > Metrics, or clicking the Metrics link on the left navigation bar within a particular project.
  2. Locate the metric for which you wish to add data and click the [Data] link in the Action column.
  3. Select the date for which you are about to enter data.
  4. Enter the data in the appropriate fields.

    Note: The system will automatically advance the date to the next logical date for data entry based on the tracking frequency, for example, If the tracking frequency is 1 week and you enter data for Sept 1, the date is automatically advanced to Sept 8.

  5. Click the Add button. The data will be displayed on the same page. You may edit or delete any metric data points as needed.
  6. Click Chart to view the data as a graph.
  7. Click Done to save your changes.
