Workflow Queue

Workflow queues are define in Palette's AsCode editor with a mandatory codename AsCodeWorkflowQueue. The data in this code table are not System Codes. Workflow queues are displayed in OIPA and Palette by their Short Description.

Workflow Queue Role Link

The links of a Workflow queue to any number of Workflow Roles are created and maintained in the Palette. This is found under the Workflow node contained in Admin Explorer > Administration. The User selects a queue node in order to update the queue's association to Workflow Roles. Within the queue's editor, the User assigns as many Workflow Roles as desired and moves them from Available to Assigned.
