In OPERA Controls under the Cashiering group, the Cancellation Handling function must be active and the Cancel with Deposit parameter must be On. This enables you to cancel reservations with deposits.
- From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Bookings, select Reservations, and select Manage Reservation.
- Enter the name for the reservation you want to cancel and click Search.
- Next to the reservation, click I Want To... and then click Cancel Reservation under Modify/Update.
- Select a Cancel Reason and enter a Cancel Description.
- Click Cancel Reservation.
