On the top, from left to right, the tabs listed are: Rulesets, Value Sets, Globals, Business Phrases, Tests, Explorer, Facts, Decision Function, and Links. The Tests tab is selected and it displays the Test Model diagnostic with the Basic Test item selected and expanded on the right.
