REQUEST STATEMENT
At times the user may require the physical copy of an account statement for a certain period. The statement request feature enables customers to request the bank for a physical copy of the statement of an account for a specific period. This physical copy will be mailed to the user’s address registered with the bank.
How to reach here:
Toggle menu > Accounts > Current and Savings > Request Statement

Dashboard > My Account Widget > Current and Savings > More Options > View Statement > Request Statement
Field Name |
Description |

Account Number |
Account number for which statement has to be requested in masked format along with the account nickname, if defined. For more information on Account Nickname,click here. |
Balance |
The balance in the account in the account currency. |
From Date |
The customer is required to specify the start date from which the account statement is required. |
To Date |
The customer is required to specify the date until when the statement is required. |
To request for a physical statement:
- From the From Date list, select the start date of the account statement.
- From the To Date list, select the end date of the account statement.
- Click Submit.
OR
Click Cancel to cancel the transaction.
OR
Click on the Back to Dashboard link to go back to Dashboard screen. - The Review screen appears. Verify the details and click Confirm.
OR
Click to make changes if any.
User is directed to Request Statement screen with values in editable form.
OR
Click to cancel the transaction. - The success message of Request Statement appears along with the transaction reference number.
Click to go to Account Details screen.
OR
Click to go to Dashboard screen.
