Image Management

Use Image Management to upload or reference the external images or property logos that appear throughout OPERA Cloud, for example, in the property brochure or on the Look To Book Sales screen. The property logo image also appears on stationery and reports.

Access this feature from the OPERA Cloud Administration menu by selecting Enterprise and then selecting Image Management.

The following options are available for image management:
  • Choose Image — Click to select and upload an image from your computer. Images larger than 300 KB are automatically scaled and compressed upon upload.

  • External Image via URL — Enter or paste the complete URL to an image published on a secured website or content management system.
