Configuring Membership Property Groups

Membership property groups are groupings of properties that are treated as a cohesive unit. This make it convenient when points calculations are based on the property which originated the business or when back to back stays are flagged for membership transaction exceptions. Configure property groups form a  Hub location.

Adding Membership Property Groups

  1. From the Administration menu, select Client Relations, then Membership Management, then Property Groups.

  2. Click New and enter the following details:

    1. Code: Enter a code for the property group.

    2. Description: Enter a description for the property group.

    3. Sequence:  Enter a number that controls the position of this code in listings. Codes without a sequence number assigned are listed in alphabetical order following codes with a sequence assigned.

    4. Properties: Select one or more properties from the Available panel and click > to move to the Selected panel.

  3. Click Save.

Editing Membership Property Groups

  1. From the Administration menu, select Client Relations, then Membership Management, then Property Groups.

  2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  3. Select the property group, click Vertical Ellipse and select Edit.

  4. Update details.

  5. Click Save.

Deleting Membership Property Groups

  1. From the Administration menu, select Client Relations, then Membership Management, then Property Groups.

  2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  3. Select the property group, click Vertical Ellipse and select Delete.

  4. Click Delete to confirm.
