Updating Your Challenge Questions

When you click the Can't sign in? link on the OPERA Cloud login page, Oracle Identity Management (OIM) launches and presents a set of challenge questions to confirm your identity. Your challenge questions can be updated in OIM.
  1. Open the OPERA Cloud side menu and select the Identity Management link. A new browser tab opens for Oracle Identity Manager (OIM).
  2. Click the My Information tile.
  3. In the Challenge Questions section, select a question for Question 1 and enter the answer in the Answer 1 field. Repeat this step for Question 2 and Question 3.
  4. Click Apply. You receive a confirmation that your questions and answers were successfully updated.
