Configuring Item Class

Items are categorized into logical entities called Item Classes. Item Classes assist you in filtering when selecting and grouping items on the Banquet Event Order (BEO). For example, you might have an item class for different kinds of audiovisual equipment, for floral decorations, for recreational equipment, and so on.
