Adding Resources
From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Bookings , select Events, and then select Manage Events.
Enter or confirm the Property, enter any optional search criteria, and click Search.
From search results, click the event’s row level I Want To . . . and select Event Resources from the Go To column.
Note:
An alternative way to open Event Resources from search results is to click the record’s Expand icon and then click the Event Resources link. You can expand all records by clicking the Expand All link.From the Event Resources screen, select an Event and then select either the Items drawer or the Menus drawer.
Expand the Search bar for locating item or menu resources.
Enter search criteria and click Search.
From the list of Items or Menus, click Expand All.
Select Resources. You can select multiple menu items.
Click Save to save your selection and return to the list of Item or Menu resources. Or, click Save and Add More to continue adding items or menus to the event.
Select an Event and then select the Items drawer. Multi-Item templates are indicated by the .
Select the item template check box. You can select the template and save all of its items by clicking the Save button.
Select [+] to expand the item template you selected. After expanding the Item Templates, all items are selected and you can edit the number of each item in the Quantity field.
You can select individual items from the Item Template and add only those item to the Event by clicking the Save button.
Editing Resources
You can edit the number of Item or Menu resource selections added on events.
From the Event Resources screen, select the Event.
Select the Item or Menu you want to edit.
Click the vertical ellipsis and select Edit.
Make your changes on the Edit Item screen.
Click Save.
Deleting Resources
From the Event Resources screen, select the Event.
Select the Item or Menu you want to delete.
Click the vertical ellipsis and select Delete.
Click Delete to confirm.
