Configuring Shift Reports

Shift Reports are a grouping of reports; enabling you to generate multiple reports by selecting the one shift report.

Adding Shift Reports

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Reports, and then Shift Reports.

  2. Click New.

  3. On the Manage Shift Report screen, fill in the following information:

    1. Property: Confirm or select a property.

    2. Report Name: Enter a core or name for the shift report.

    3. Description : Enter a description for the shift report.

    4. From the Available list search and select a report to be added to the Shift Report grouping. Enter report name and click Go to search

    5. Press the Ctrl key to select multiple reports in search result.

    6. Select the forward arrow to move the selected report(s) to the Selected panel. Repeat to add more reports to the Shift Report group.

  4. Click Save.

Editing Shift Reports

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Reports, and then Shift Reports.

  2. From search results, select the row level vertical ellipsis of the template and select Edit.

  3. Update configuration.

  4. Click Save.

Deleting Shift Reports

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Reports, and then Shift Reports.

  2. From search results, select the row level vertical ellipsis of the template and select Delete.

  3. Confirm deletion by clicking Delete.
