The Stay Records utility synchronizes guest stay history data elements in the OPERA Customer Information System (OCIS) and the OPERA Property Management System (PMS). You can prevent overwriting existing stay records information after a defined number of days by entering a number of days in the Profiles > Synchronize Stay Override Days application settings.
- From the Toolbox menu, select Utilities and then select Synchronization.
- Select Stay Records.
- Select a property.
- Enter the From Date and the To Date to synchronize.
- Click Synchronize Stay Records.
