Get Route Entry by ID
get
                    /rest/{versionId}/routeSets/{routeSetId}/entries/{entryId}
Use this (GET) method to display route sets entry details based on specified ID that exist on the SDM server. user has to provide route set Id and route entry id as part of uri to get the specified route entry details.
