Description of the illustration sample_cert

This is a figure showing a sample Secure Eraser certificate. The certificate has the following sections:

• The title of the certificate is “Data Erasure Certificate”.

• The start time, for example: 2016-07-26 21:27:05

• The end time, for example: 2016-07-26 21:28:11

• The chassis number, for example: 1523NM705C

• A paragraph: “This is to certify that the components identified below have been securely erased in accordance with the applicable guidelines of NIST SP-800-88r1 standard.”

• A table showing the items erased securely. The table has these columns: ID, Type, Model, Serial, Size, Erasure Level, Status. There are rows for each Flash Accelerator F80 PCIe Card and Disk, and rows for USB and ILOM. For example:
